But what if I told you that's not true? That there is no wrong or right way to be your authentic self in the world, regardless of what you may have been told throughout your life. 

My holistic, neurodivergent, and diversity affirming approach to therapy and testing focuses not only on areas of struggle, but also on strengths and skills that will serve as continued supports in therapeutic your growth.  I work with clients to help them come into their authentic self with the use of interventions from attachment, somatic, and personal integration therapies.
