About Me

I'm Noelle (she/her/hers), a neurodivergent (a.k.a. neurospicy) psychologist and veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. I consider it one of my life's greatest honors to have spent my career journeying with folx as they work better understand themselves and their life experiences.  Utilizing a trauma-informed, anti-oppression, compassionate lens, I consider an individual's past experiences in interpersonal relationships and societal systems of oppression, and how this impacts the view of self, others, and the world.

My therapeutic style is kind, compassionate, and directive. While therapy will move at a pace that is comfortable for you, it will also challenge you to learn more about yourself and grow toward the values and goals you have identified. The culmination of our work together should result in my putting  myself out of a job because you have come to the place where you are ready to move forward into the life you have always wanted to lead, no longer needing my assistance.

In addition to being licensed in Washington State, I am a member of PsychPACT and can provide telehealth individual therapy  and psychological assessment sessions in the states of AL, AZ, AK, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY, and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. My practice is telehealth (via video) for both therapy and testing.

I'm a native of the midwest but now call the Pacific Northwest home. In my spare time you might find me reading a good speculative fiction novel, working in my garden, playing the ukulele,  or binging The Great British Baking Show. I am a lifetime learner and am always finding something new that I'm excited to investigate. My friends and family are of greatest importance to me and I highly value spending time deepening the connections with those who are most important to me.
